Overall, a positive review of Vauvert, the new restaurant in the St Paul Hotel on McGill.
There was a flavorless gazpacho, but the reviewer went all frothy over the mains. The French language reviews have been positive, overall, too… based on my bad French language skills.

Chuck and I were around for Cube’s final night in December, and since then, we’ve been waiting to see what would come next at the Hotel St Paul in Old Montreal.

We set aside about 90 minutes and walked through The Museum of Contemporary Art.
