Cobalt has closed temporarily because of a recent flood. The web site emphasizes that it’s temporary, although we’ve seen some speculation on food discussion boards that the closing may turn out to be permanent.
We hope not! The cafe/bar features good food and great jazz music… and in the summer, it opens its windows onto St-Paul Ouest.
